CURRENT STATUS OF DISPENSARY CONFLICT

BIG PAPA HUNDO HAS ASKED THE FACILITY IN QUESTION TO TAKE THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS 

1. WITHOUT admitting any wrongdoing, offer an immediate formal apology

2. For ONE CALENDAR YEAR from the date of apology, donate all net profits of MEDICAL SALES at the location in question to benefit the NOT FOR PROFIT CHARITY JOY AND HOPE SCHOLARSHIP FUND OF CAMP WINNARAINBOW as a way to prove they value patients over profits and do the MOST GOOD. 

Colorful outspoken and long time Marijuana activist Jack Grace, now known as BIG PAPA HUNDO, has once again brought the National conversation about Marijuana to the table in his never to be easily ignored manner of heartful activism with purpose. 

On August 28, 2025 Hundo had an incident of PTSD, for which he is successfully treated with medical marijuana, while at a licensed dispensary catering to recreational and medical clientele.  According to Hundo, "PTSD and mental disorders carry so much stigma because people do not understand what they are and how to help a person suffering. For me, PTSD is a warp of reality. You see because I was living when I thought was the truth and found out that my reality.... I have learned to tell when it's coming on and communicate that to others if I'm in a situation where I cannot remove myself. Medical condition to those who will listen at and care but if they don't understand what the problem is how can I expect them to do any better so it was my perception that I was being treated in an aggressive manner and perhaps that was just my PTSD...but what is not my PTSD is that I waited nearly three weeks to hear if I could safely return and I was of the impression I could.i placed an order. I received the text it was ready. I showed up during the window of pickup. I was refused the medication. I was told I was welcome to pick it up at any of their other facilities. Both medical and recreational patients continued to be served. That I know of I was the only patient denied medication that day. That's wrong"

You probably imagine that Hundo is out shopping for a fancy yacht with the funds the legal advisors swear he would gain by seeking financial compensation.

"Every option is on the table." Said Hundo, "I didn't ask to be the moral conscience or policemen of the marijuana industry but if the three cone cap fits then I'll wear it."

Hundo this morning in a surprise move has posted to Instagram what seems to be an olive branch. No surprise coming from the hippie clown who idolizes his friend and mentor 60's counterculture icon and MC of WOODSTOCK Wavy Gravy. 

In fact since the medical incident Hundo paid a visit to his old friend and mentor, now 89 years old. The two along with Wavy's wife Jahanara Romney, 84, talke at length about the way that the counterculture movement of the 60s birthed so many wonderful changes for our world and how to modernize that to work in our digital light speed reality.

Hundo and Gravy clowned for a precious moment for the world to see with Gravy delivering a September 2025 message to the world. 

" WAVY and JAH are the two most incredible and accomplished people I have ever had the privilege to know and I know a LOT of AMAZING people who have had incredible impact on the world."

His love for Gravy has been well documented, he is seen everywhere sharing information about Gravy and his causes. 

Big Papa Hundo is NOT Wavy Gravy. He is a whole new clown entirely. With the fearless idealism of the peace and love movement yet with an edgy modern day hells kitchen Manhattan toughened attitude.... He claims to be as "Dangerous as Bambi." And we believe him. It's his list of friends that should worry those blocking his relentless pursuit of GOOD. 

"That's funny that you bring it up..... I remember PHiSH was opening for Santana at the Pima County Fairgrounds. No one knew PHiSH but me I think... Anyway the fans were giving them a hell of a time.... Carlos Santana comes on stage and says

 Or I'll come down there and kick YOUR ASS."

Hundo's ever present smile lights the room as he gives us the serious look and even tips down the Big Papa Hundo eyewear.

"What happened to me is no laughing matter. There is a problem and I propose a solution. The dispensary, without admitting wrongdoing, should offer to donate the net profits from MEDICAL sales from that location to my friends charity... The Camp Winnarainbow Joy and Hope scholarship fund. I'm not looking for personal gain. I want to give an opportunity for the facility to put their GOOD where it does the MOST and show their commitment to patient rights."

His completely unexpected move to ask the dispensary to operate non profit for medical for one year demonstrates Hundo's CEO past and business savvy

"The dispensary continues to operate and serve patients and customers. They cover their expenses. They just are going to donate their profits for a year to a GOOD CAUSE and hopefully everyone will flock to support a chance to live and learn and grow."

Hundo is as unpredictable as he is colorful. We are all waiting and watching his next move.
